3. Placing the order and paying the deposit: After price confirmed and your deposit payment, cooperation begins; 

4. Technical confirmation: If any further information need to be confirmed before production; 

5. Production: Material purchasing and manufacturing starts; 

6. Balance payment and deliverying: Arrange shipment after your balance payment; 

7. Aftersale service and Continuous Improvement: Your feedback about product and improvment if any issues. 

8. Repeat order:  hope more bussiness and long relationship with you.

  ▷ Do you accept low MOQ? 

 

 Yes, we do, It is ture that partical of the China supplier can't accept. Your trial order before mass production are welcome.

  ▷ How to solve the defect parts and quality issues? 

 

Your satisfaction and positive feedback is very important to us and we responsible for parts we provide, if any defect product or quality issues, contact with our sales team, they will help you solve it soon, send parts back for repair or reamke them free for you. 

  ▷ What's your delivery time?

 

It depends on the parts complexity and quantity you need, usually deliver time is about 10-25days

  ▷ For materials, can you provide material certification? 

 

Yes, most of our current material suppliers can provide the certificate.

  ▷ If we want to work with you, is it possible to get confidentiality?

 

Sure, all your info include company info, drawings, PO details will be confidential, we can signed NDA if you want (non disclosure agreement)

Email us with detail inquiry of parts (2D&3D drawing), Quotation will be sent within 24hours after evaluation, Sign a contract, after receive your deposit, then we make samples for your testing, finally start mass production for your orders.

  ▷ How do you guarantee parts quality?

 

We warranty our materials and workmanship,use the specific materials you need and all machined parts are inspected strictly according to ISO certificate from the raw material to final product. 

  ▷ Do you offer emergency service when we need a custom parts in a hurry

 

Yes, if material on stock, small sample order can be made in a short time within 7-10workdays at the fastest

  ▷ How can i know the progress of my order? 

 

We keep you informed about the production by sending you pictures or videos, certainly package photos will be provide when shipment.

  ▷ What's your payment terms? 

 

30% or 50% prepaid before production, balance paid before shipment. small sample order 100% T/T in advance to save the bank charges.
