CNC Turning

The most common operation in the factory, here at BELLYSON, we provide services for metal and plastic turning machining. 


Getting precise results for axisymmetric parts is best done with the turning machining and Reaching the tight tolerances with CNC turning is easier than doing the same when drilling a hole

Swiss Machining

Swiss Type Turning which is capable of producing high production rates in small parts,especially effective in parts that are long and thin. Not only can both turning and milling operations be performed on the Swiss machine, the commonly can be performed simultaneously allowing for incredible efficiency and throughput. 


It is widely used in the Watch industry and Medical Surgical Tools & Devices.


Sheet Metal Fabricate

Sheet metal can be cut, bent or stretched into nearly any shape, which is generally done by cutting and burning the metal.


We offers a range of sheet metal materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper, nickel, titanium etc. It is a good choice for making robust functional parts like panels, brackets, and enclosures. 


Die Casting
